Chapter 5: Broken Engagement

"What you broke your engagement with Nate?" Nana asked over the phone. "Yes, he is not in love with me, but with my company, he was fooling me around for a long time" she answered. "How?" Nana asked. "Well he is cheating me with his best friend" she answered. "That bastard, if I am there I will kill him" Nana said. "Oh! he is not worth it, at least I know his true color before I tied down with him, I am still thankful" I said. "Well what's the plan now? you coming home?" Nana asked. "Yes it's the right time Uncle Richard is getting old, I already had appointed Aunt Belle to take over me," Sam said."Good just give me your itinerary, bye sweetie, see you around.

It's been what 11 years since I ran away from them. It took me a year and a half before I talk with Dylan, he was saddened with my decision to stay away from them. As for Stephen I never heard anything from him personally but frankly I google him every now and then. Dylan made it a point not to mentioned Stephen and that I was happy. Am I really?, well until now I can't think of anything or anyone but him alone even though I was engage to Nate it was Stephen who visited my thoughts. I also found out that his engagement with Sophia has been broken as well. So what will happen when two single person meet with a past that both concerned them? Ha! I need to pack my bag for I have a flight to catch. Welcome back home Baby Girl....

"Son, so nice to see you again, how was your flight? Mom asked me. "It's good mom and I am doing good as well", he said while hugging her. "Dad, you have white hair now? you're getting older huh!." I said. "Yes son I am and until now I was not given with a grandchild from my only son." dad said while he patted my back." Arrgh! later dad we will come to that, as of now I need to go home, I miss my room" I said. Just as we are heading our car I heard the announcement that a flight from Chicago just arrive, and that I turn my head and say in my mind "How I wish she is with that flight, I need to find a way to win her back and I will keep it for good", that's a promise, I will take whatever consequences that I have to encounter.
