Chapter 3. Neurologist

The next day, Agatha’s mother went to the hospital to register Agatha to a neurologist using a taxi via online. After Agatha’s mother arrived at the hospital, Agatha’smother immediately went to the administration room and paid some money to the administration officer. After that, the administrative officer gave him a piece of paper and a pen to write Agatha’s data on the paper. Agatha’s mother received the sheet of paper and filled in Agatha’s data. After that, the administrative officer gave the stamp that is written paid to the paper and gave it back to Agatha’s mother.

Agatha’s mother went to the information room and after that the officer in the information room gave the queue number to the neurologist's room. The number given is number three. After that, the officer reminded Agatha’s mother not to be late. "Mom, don't be late to come! This doctor is very disciplined. If a number is called and doesn't come, it will be immediately diverted to the next number. Don’t forget, Ma'am, at eleven o'clock in the afternoon! Thank you."

"Will I come here first or how?" Agatha’s mother was confused.

“Agatha’s patient data is already with us. So, this afternoon, you went straight to the neurologist's room which is located to the right of the cardiologist room. We are waiting for you, Ma'am! Thank you!"

Agatha’s mother said thank to her again. After that, Agatha’s mother went to a seat in front of the hospital. After that, Agatha’s mother took her mobile phone to order a taxi through an online application to take her home.

Around ten o'clock, Agatha and her mother were getting ready to go to the hospital. That day Agatha did not go to school, because Agatha’s body ached and it was difficult to move. After that, Agatha’s mother ordered a car online to take them to the hospital. Shortly after, an online car came to pick them up at the hospital. After arriving at the hospital, Agatha and her mother immediately went to the neurologist's room. Agatha’s mother handed over the queue number.

Meanwhile, Agatha sat on a bench in front of the neurologist's room. Then, the nurse called Agatha to checked her blood pressure and weight checked. After that, the nurse wrote down Agatha’s data on a piece of paper to give to the neurologist. Agatha and her mother waited for the doctor to come.

Not long after, the doctor came and the nurse called the patient. The nurse called Agatha and after that Agatha and her mother entered the neurologist's room. After that, they sat on the patient's seat. The doctor asked Agatha some questions.

First, the doctor asked about what Agatha was complaining about. Agatha answered about the things she often felt. After that, the doctor asked about the frequency with which Agatha fainted. After that, Agatha’s mother gave information like Mrs. Victory said yesterday.

Hearing this, the neurologist's eyes immediately bulged because he was shocked. After that, the neurologist gave advice, “Madam, the child should do some tests in the lab. Then, return to this room. But the first examination I asked for a brain scan lab results. I'll give you a referral to the lab for a brain scan first, if you want."

Agatha’s mother informed that she and her child agreed to have a brain scan done. After that, the doctor took a piece of paper. After that, the doctor wrote a referral letter for a brain scan to the lab. The doctor called his nurse to escort Agatha and her mother to the lab room.

After that, the nurse invited Agatha and her mother to follow her. "Come on, Madam! Come with me! I'll take you to the lab, but first you must go to the administration room to pay for the brain scan fee. I'll wait here, Mom!"

After that, Agatha and her mother left the neurologist's room. Agatha’s mother went to the administration room. Meanwhile, Agatha waited on one of the long benches for patients. After doing the administration, Agatha’s mother returned to the neurologist's room and showed the nurse the prove of administration payment in the lab. After that, the nurse escorted Agatha and her mother to the lab room.

After that, the nurse said goodbye to go back to the neurologist's room. Agatha’s mother submitted the prove of payment for lab administration to one of the officers in the lab. After that, the officer checked the paper given by Agatha’s mother and after that the officer recorded something in his book. Then, the officer returned the paper to Agatha’s mother while asking Agatha’s mother to wait.

"Wait a minute, Madam! I will call Agatha later.”

"Okay, Sir."

Agatha chose one of the long benches located in front of the lab room. After that, Agatha and her mother sat there. Not long after, Agatha was called. After that, Agatha entered the room.

Inside the room, there was a nurse waiting for Agatha. After that, the nurse told Agatha to change into green cloth. In addition, the nurse ordered Agatha to remove earrings, necklaces, or rings made of gold and place them on the table near the bed.

Agatha obeyed the order and after that Agatha did what she was told. After that, the nurse asked Agatha to lie on the bed. After that, the nurse put some tools on his head. After the lab scan for Agatha was completed, the nurse asked Agatha to wait for the results of the lab scan outside the lab room. "Agatha, you wait outside, okay? I call you later!"

“How long approximately I can wait for the result?” Agatha asked about the time she should wait.

"About thirty minutes. You must wait in front of this lab room, okay! You'll be called there later!" The nurse pointed to a bench in front of the lab.

Agatha immediately agreed with the nurse's words. After that, Agatha went to that bench. Agatha’s mother, who saw her daughter leave, immediately stood up. After that, Agatha’s mother accompanied Agatha. After that, Agatha’s mother and Agatha waited for the results while sitting on a chair which is located outside the lab room.

Not long after, Agatha was called. A lab administrator handed Agatha a large brown envelope. After that, Agatha opened it. Turns out, inside the envelope was a piece photo of Agatha’s brain lab scan.

Agatha put the photo back into her brown envelope. After that, Agatha and her mother went back to the neurologist's room immediately. After arriving at the neurologist's room, Agatha’s mother told the nurse that Agatha had done a brain scan. After that, the nurse asked them to wait.

After that, Agatha and her mother were told to wait on the long bench in front of the neurologist's room. After that, the nurse entered the neurologist's room to inform the doctor that Agatha had done a brain scan. Not long after, the neurologist called Agatha and after that Agatha and her mother entered the neurologist's room.

Agatha’s mother handed over the results of Agatha’s brain scan to a neurologist. After that, the doctor looked at the scanned photo carefully. After that, he took a deep breath as he began to suspect that, Agatha had a serious illness.

After he took a deep breath, the doctor said, “Mother, next week Agatha will return to me for treatment. There is still a follow-up examination of Agatha to confirm Agatha’s illness. I feel there is something in your daughter. I give painkillers if the pain in Agatha’s head suddenly strikes."

After that, the doctor wrote a prescription on a piece of paper and after that the doctor gave the letter to Agatha’s mother. Agatha’s mother accepted it. After that, Agatha’s mother went out of the neurologist's room to the medicine room to redeem the medicine that had been prescribed by the doctor. Agatha’s mother handed over the drug prescription to the officer in the medicine room.

After that, Agatha and her mother waited on the bench in front of the medicine room. Not long after, the officers called Agatha’s name. Agatha’s mother immediately stood up from her position. After that, Agatha’s mother went to the source of the sound.

After that, Agatha’s mother accepted the medicine and paid for the medicine. After receiving the medicine, Agatha and her mother went home by taxi via an online application. After arriving home, Agatha’s head suddenly hurt. After that, his mother immediately gave him a headache medicine from the doctor and a glass of water.

After that, Agatha’s mother told Agatha to sit in the living room and take her medicine. Not long after, the pain in Agatha’s head subsided. After that, Agatha felt sleepy. After that, Agatha’s mother led Agatha to Agatha’s bed and after that Agatha’s mother accompanied Agatha until Agatha slept.

After Agatha was fast asleep, Agatha’s mother went to her room and after that Agatha’s mother prayed to God to give Agatha healing. After praying, Agatha’s mother called Agatha’s school, namely Elementary School Kid. A teacher picked up the phone.

"Good afternoon! Is this Elementary School Kid?"

"Right."

"May I speak to Mrs. Victory?"

"Yes, ma'am. Wait a minute, okay?" After that, Agatha’s mother waited. Meanwhile, the teacher called Mrs. Victory. Mrs. Victory immediately picked up the phone from Agatha’s mother.

After that, Mrs. Victory said into the phone, “Good afternoon! I am Mrs. Victory. What do you need, ma'am?"

Agatha’s mother explained her profile first. "I am, Agatha Agatha’s mother. My daughter is in grade 4A. I want to tell you that my child can't go to school yet."

"What is the analysis from the doctor, ma'am?" Victory's mother was curious about the analysis given by the doctor.

"The doctor has not given any analysis. The doctor only gave her painkillers and Agatha has done a brain scan."

“I pray for Agatha’s recovery. Let Agatha rest at home, okay, Mom! Dont think to much!"

"Thank you for your understanding, ma'am." Agatha’s mother is grateful for Mrs. Victory's understanding.

"Please tell Agatha! Don't think about the assignments from school! Just rest first so she can get well soon, because I know your daughter is very excited about learning! So I feel afraid, she will feel very afraid to get bad score in raport. I will tell the other teachers regarding Agatha’s health condition."

Mrs. Victory asked Agatha’s mother to deliver her message. Agatha’s mother thanked her again. After that, Agatha’s mother asked for permission to turn off her phone.

"Okay, Ma'am. It does not matter." After that, the phone was turned off by Agatha’s mother.
