“No, no, no. This cant be happening, Sage….” Felix panicked voice echoes as I regain control over my body.
I blink, the darkness dispersing from my vision. Tugging on the cuffs to initiate a sound. Sighing in relief, that Felix managed to stop me from venturing further into the forbidden forest.
“Felix.” I call, tugging on the chains once again so the sound resonates.
However, he is distracted. Somehow his words are gibberish to my ears and when he shifts to the side, I realize why – Sage.
