Alexander...was Invincible.
"Oh my Goddess..." I couldn't just stand there without applauding. The match was seized, permanently etched in my brain.
"That's Alpha Alexander to you." My dad, out of nowhere, spoke on my shoulder.
"He fights like his size, Dad. I'm expected to fight like him?" I asked him through the cheers and happy chaos of the pack members. Dad laughed heartily.
"Taking down wild, frantic Sirens and ogres from the dark woods isn't everyone's cup of tea, my darling. But I arranged this contest right before your trials for a reason," said Dad. He ushered me out of the crowd, to discuss more privately. Before anyone...suspected.
