The next day in the morning, I woke up to Jia knocking on the door.
She had the outfit and breakfast ready for me.
"A new outfit? Again? What's special today?" I asked, half asleep while still trying to be polite.
"I carry no message, Master. But...they were excited this morning! Maybe they bring good news?" Jia looked at me with hopeful, excited eyes. I was taken aback.
"What good news are you expecting, Jia?" I asked, feigning sternness. Jia giggled behind her palms. My gosh!
