"Should we sneak out?" He leaned closer and whispered.
I look at him. He looks happy and expectant.
I blink and think.
If I agree my brother will look for me and he will figure out that I'm not here and he might think I lied!

At first, I don't understand what he meant but later on my brother texted me telling me to sleep at Jen's house and he'll take care of our parents.
