Meredith's POV "Cole?" I question again, looking out the open door and into the darkness. The dim light of the radio extinguishes, and I'm left with little more than shadows as the moon's rays cast down upon us. "Cole?" I call again, praying to the goddess the wolf... my protector... hasn't gone far. My fingers stumble through the darkness, searching for the keys and thankfully finding them in the ignition. I switch the car to standby, the cab light coming back on, before I reach to turn off the radio. The little bit of light is enough to see Cole pacing just meters from the car, his eyes closed, hands fisted as he does. "Cole?" I call, scooting over the trucks bench to his door before clumsily climbing down. "Either you're ignoring me or your amazing, were senses have gone AWOL...
