“How’s the exam?” Blair’s father asked while eating his dinner.
Today is Friday, they just finished their third major exam and currently having a not-so-comfortable dinner with her parents.
“It’s okay, father.”
“What do you mean it’s okay? You know that it being okay is not enough. You must stand out among everyone.”
His father said calmly but with a hardness in his voice. Blair raised her head to look at his father with an emotionless expression.
“I’m confident about the results father.”
His father no longer speaks and just continues eating which Blair is so happy about. When she finally finished her food, she excused herself and went towards her room. Blair refused to shower yet. She first grabbed her laptop and look for something she can do.
