"Don't you dare touch me again?" I said, after landing the slap on his face.
He held his face in surprise. I wasn't expecting to lose so much control.
I honestly did not want to say anything, I was lost for words. I wasn't expecting this at all.
Fredrick was the father of my children. He was the one I couldn't recognize that night. The One who forced himself on me.
After he rejected me because I was disgusting, he had the guts to do that to me. I was disgusted by his sight.
All this time he was lying to me. I felt like such a fool. How didn't I notice? That was why he was so interested in me even when he rejected me. To think I almost fell for his charm.
