I felt really good saying everything I felt to Fredrick. Somehow, I felt like a huge burden had been lifted from my shoulder.
I still remember everything my father said to me that morning, but talking to Fredrick made me relax a bit.
I didn't know why it was Fredrick that came to mind. I mean, I had been with Shawn for years, and it didn't occur to me to call him.
My eyes moved around the place, I had never been here before. I tried to savor the beauty of the place when my eyes landed on the clock. At first, I thought it might have been wrong, so I decided to check my phone.

I had to pick the kids up from school. I had totally forgotten. There were about thirty minutes before they closed, so I could make it.
