Her mouth dropped open at the hotel Nigel had pulled up to. Everything was shiny, even the sidewalk. A valet opened his door and he stepped out, handing him the car keys. Bella got out, not waiting for him to round the car. They'd crossed over to the human world and she'd thought they would stay in a hotel. A normal hotel like the one she'd stayed in when she decided to spoil herself that one time. Not the luxurious one she was looking at. How much was the cost for one night? And for two people at that?
"Come on," Nigel said extending his hand toward her. She took it and followed him inside. Judging by the way he confidently approached the reception desk, it probably wasn't his first time there. Even the woman behind it smiled when she saw him.
