Kendra's room is huge. I mean, I know it's the basement but it is enormous.
Right when you walk in, you are welcomed by a wide, white furry nug that covers the navy blue carpet.
In the two back corners of the room are two queen-sized beds. Above the ceiling is a giant flatscreen:
To the right of the stairs is a finished bathroom, with a glass shower, a huge bathtub with jet, which basically looks like a jacuzzi.
To the left of the stairs is a huge giant walk-in closet. When you walk through, it's like a hallway. On both sides are racks of clothes,
Once you walk down to the end, there is a room that looks like a little study room, with desk shells filled with school supplies and more.
Then there's a door to the office which brings you back to the main area.
"You basically have your own apartment down here. All you're missing is a kitchen." I said to Kendra, who plopped herself on one of the beds.
"Yeah I know, I'll probably never move out." She laughed.

A couple of hours later.
"Barbie, I'm home!," screamed a voice from upstairs.
"I'm in my room!" Kendra screamed back.
Soon a cute little brunette made her way down the stairs.
"I didn't know you had any friends." Said the girl with a smirk. Kendra rolled her eyes.
"Luce, this is Skipper, my sister. She's in 10th grade."
"Please call me Maddie." She said, rolling her eyes.
"You guys look nothing alike." I said, looking from Maddie to Kendra.
"Yeah, but I'm way hotter." Said Maddie, carrying a pillow she had thrown at her.
Then, my phone buzzed. I looked down to see that I had gotten a text from Dana.
Before I looked at the time to see, it was 8:30.
"Woah, I have to go, it's getting late," I said, stretching my legs. Kendra nodded, then looked back at her sister.
"So who were you with?
"Oh, just my friend Blake."
"I've never heard you talk about Blake before. What does she look like?"
"Well... Blake is new this year and has light brown hair with green eyes....and Blake's a guy." Maddie replied, turning beet red.
"YOU WERE WITH A BOY? OH MY GOD GIVE ME DETAILS," shouted Kendra, running, moving to her sister.
I too wanted to know, so I sat on the floor in from not them
"Well, today was his first day, and he's super sweet and hot." She said, looking up.
"I was at my locker when this heavenly scent randomly appeared, it was a mix of cinnamon and vanilla."
"But you hate the smell of cinnamon," Said Kendra with a confused face.
"I know, but for some reason it smells so good. I was at my locker when the scent passed me. I went to see where it came from. When I turned and all of my books in my hands fell because I bumped into someone. I quickly bent down to pick my stuff up when someone's hands brushed mine and I felt a jolt of electricity fill my body. I looked up to see Blake giving me a smile that would blind the world."
"Awh, that's so cute puppy love." Said Kendra, sarcastically, clutching her heart.
Maddie gave her a glare before continuing. "Anyways, long story short, we ate lunch together and he asked me if I wanted to go hang out. We ended up going to that arcade shop in town. It was so fun."
"That sounds like fun. Do you like him?" I asked.
"I don't know, I feel something for him, like when we were together I felt fun and energetic. But I just met him so I think it's too soon to tell.""
"Maybe it's love at first sight," I said, standing and grabbing my belongings.
"Yeah, maybe." Maddie replied with a grin.
"Well I should get going, it was nice meeting you Maddie," I said, waving.
They both said goodbye and I went out of the basement and walked out the doors.
It was eerily chilly and dark outside. I quickly ran to Dill, starting him and cranking up the heat.
After warming up the car, I put my seatbelt on and pulled out.
Kendras house is past the town, so that means I would have to drive through the town, pass the school and pass that long road of woods to get home.
As I was driving through town, I looked at all the shops and restaurants.
Right before I continued on into the woods, I saw a restaurant called Bleus with my mother in it. She was sitting at a window seat with a red-haired woman and a woman with sleek black hair.
My mom was laughing, and to my surprise she was drinking a beer.
My mom doesn't usually drink, but she looked happy.
I continued through the woods only. I was only on the road for 2 minutes but knew this car ride would not be over until at least 30 more minutes.
I turned on the radio to the pop station when Sugar by Maroon 5 came on.
To distract myself from the darkness of the forest, I cranked up the music and started singing along.
"I'm hurting, baby, I'm broken down, I need your love, loving, I need it now.."
I did not reach the part of the road where it's really curvy and narrow, so I turned down the music.
I still kept singing though.
As I was turning into the slower lane, I heard a loud noise that shook Dill.
Then the noise went off again, closer. It is more defined now. It sounded like a dog howling.
I sped up my pace and turned the music back up to help distract him again.
"I want that red velvet
I want that sugar sweet
Don't let anybody touch it
Unless that somebody's me"
I went to merge into the fast lane when a large object ran in front of my car, making me hit it slightly.
It went by so fast, but I could see that it was a large furry reddish object. It was almost the size of a car.
Me being the dumb person, I got out of my car, and stepped in front of the woods to see into the trees.
I heard a whimpering, so I went to make a step forward, when the whimpering quickly turned into a growl, making me jump back against Dill.
Whatever was just growling was walking towards me.
I was so scared I didn't know what to do. I just stood there when my eyes locked on a pair of bright yellow ones.
I gasped when I saw them. They looked like the ones I saw back at the house.
The figure soon came into the light of my car to reveal a big auburned color wolf.
It was bearing its teeth on me. Soon it was five feet away from me. The wolf leaned back in a pouncing position. I closed my eyes waiting for it to end my life. I heard a growl, then a hard hit.
I opened my eyes to see a greywolf standing in front of me and the reddish wolf lying on its side. The reddish wolf then got back up and got into the attacking position again, when the greywolf growled at it, making the red wolf bow it's head and turn into the woods.
Then, the grey wolf turned to me and took a step closer.
Out of no where, common sense finally kicked in, making me to run to the driver's seat and speed off to my house.
Once I was safely in my driveway, I hauled into my house, locking all the doors and windows.
I have never feared so much in my life. I thought I was going to die. And the worst thing is my biggest fear is animals.
After breathing, I walked up to my room.
I pulled out my phone and texted my mom telling her I was home.
I set my alarm and plugged my phone onto the charger.
Finally, I plopped onto my warm bed, and within seconds I was knocked out.
