Selena scoffed.
"We have no doubts that you're a trustworthy man, but we need our lawyers present to sign off on any deal. You're not the first deal we've signed with lawyers, and you won't be the last. Consider it all part of protocol."
Adrian's palms sweated as he let Selena do all the talking.
