The Center, as it was called, was actually a busy and legitimate working factory. The upper and underground floors, and those deeper below, contained the training areas. The main floors were devoted to real offices, shipping, receiving, storage and various production shops. As far as the state of Bavaria was concerned, this was a small industrial operation making or modifying a wide range of digital electronics.
