I believed everything Alina said but I didn't trust her. Well, I didn't have a reason to. My dad has just died, other people in the pack would want to be alpha, and other alphas would want to take over the pack. I had considered all these so I chose to go with Simon to meet up with Alina.
And Charity what is her plan anyways? We had a fight and weren't on talking terms for some weeks, my dad dies and all of a sudden she's a darling.
"Kero, what do you think?" I asked.
"I'd say you shouldn't trust anyone right now, not even Simon," Kero mumbled.
"And Alina?" I asked.
"I don't trust her either but she has a point about making peace with the UA. If we keep on fighting like this you might wind up dead too someday and you know the day you die is the day I die too," Kero said
