Jayce's POV
I had headed back to my room and taken a nap after the confrontation with Kaden. When I woke up from the nap I chose to go back to the gym. I spend a lot of time in the gym or training room these days as I don't have to run around trying to take care of everyone since I'm not leading anyone anymore, all thanks to Peter.
I wouldn't have had a problem with Peter relieving me of all the stresses, but the fact that he had to try and kill though, he didn't actually try to, but he would have come for me anyways, that's what he said. To make things worse he's now leading the UA in the wrong direction possible.
I was thinking and walking down the corridor, breathing in the fresh air of what seems to be my freedom when I bumped into Alina.
I stopped and we exchanged pleasantries. "H
