The moment I stepped into Rowan's office, my wolf stirred uneasily. It was as though something felt wrong.
My gaze swept across the room only for me to see that the office appeared perfectly normal. Documents were neatly arranged on the desk. The fireplace crackled softly in the corner. Nothing seemed out of place and yet, my instincts refused to settle.
