Movie Night and New Pack Teams

**Axel's POV

As I was standing in the shower, I began thinking about how wonderful my life has become with Jessie in it. Even as we start opening ourselves up to the pack members, it feels really good knowing they support us. I never thought I would be able to be accepted nor would I want to be accepted, but it is clear now how wrong I really was. As wolves, we crave pack and pack bonds but when I joined the pack I was too scared to trust anyone knowing what my own mother was willing to do to me. I didn't think  pack of strangers would ever be okay with me being apart of heir pack, let alone eventually becoming their leader. So I closed myself off to protect myself from getting hurt. Tonight, I will be opening myself up to the entire pack. I was a little nervous, but knowing Jessie would be there with me, I knew I could handle this.

 I stepped out of the shower and wrapped the towel around my waist. I walked out to get dressed to see Jessie lying on the bed, she had changed into pajamas. She was wearing one of my t-shirts and a pair of shorts. She was facing away from me and playing on her phone. I walked past her to get to my clothes, only for her to suck in a quick breath as she was checking me out in nothing but my towel. I quickly glanced over my shoulder, "Love, you're gonna have to wait as we are supposed to be in the media room in about thirty minutes. We definitely do not have time to do what I have in mind with you looking at me like that." 

"Fine...but you are going to have to make it up to me later," she told me with a wink. I smiled and finished walking into the closet to get dressed. I threw on a pair of black sweats and a blue t-shirt and a pair of flip flops. I came back into the bedroom and saw Jessie doodling on a notepad. I looked over her shoulder to see what she was drawing, she was drawing my wolf and it was actually pretty good. 

"Baby, I didn't know you could draw." She got embarrassed and tried to cover it as she blushed. "Don't hide it, it's amazing, love. I'm so proud of you."

She had a huge smile lighting up her face. "Thanks, Ax. Now, lets get ready to go downstairs so we can get your butt in the hot seat."

I couldn't help but to start laughing. "Well, here I thought you would be concerned about your darling mate."

I pulled her up from the bed and wrapped my arms around her dainty waist. I leaned down and kissed her lips. She moaned and pulled me closer, she reached up and wrapped her arms around my neck. I pulled back and rested my forehead on hers. "We need to get downstairs and get started on movie night, sweets. I promise we will finish where we left off later."

She pulled her head back and entwined our fingers, "Then lets go, sexy. The sooner movie night gets started, the sooner it ends and we can come back to our room."

She flashed me a wink and pulled me out of the room. I laughed, "I think I have created a monster."

She just giggled and pulled me out of the room towards the media room. We walked into the room and saw that everyone was already in the room with their snacks and drinks ready. They left the love seat open for the two of us, so we slowly made our way over to the seat and got comfortable. I pulled Jessie down to sit next to me but instead she crawled into my lap.

"Ok, let's get the twenty questions started and then we will jump into the movie. So tonight, it's my handsome mates turn to be put in the hot seat." She said with a giggle. "I will start things off. How old were you when you first shifted?"

"Well, I was eleven and I was in the orphanage at that time. I didn't know that I was a werewolf, so I was freaking out. However, my wolf, Duke, helped me through the shift and I was able to complete it."

She quickly kissed my lips, and sent her love through our bond. "I shifted when I was eleven too."

"Who was your first friend in the pack?" Isaiah asked with a smirk on his face.

I just laughed and said, "We all know the answer to that. Isaiah, you know you were my first friend and you are my best friend."

Isaiah looked around and gave everyone a smug smile. Everyone just started giggling. Eric chuckled and kissed Isaiah on the cheek. "Ok, for a more serious question, how'd you meet our Luna and will you always protect her?"

I chuckled and kissed her cheek, "I will always, always protect her. She is my everything. As for how we met, you were there but the rest of the pack has not heard this story. Isaiah, Eric, and myself were headed out to the cave that I was found in. We were there to look around to see if there were rouge issues in the area. To our surprise we found none, we all now know that Jessie was the reason for that. We then decided to go for a swim at the lake. Isaiah and Eric were walking in human form while I ran to the lake in wolf form to check out the lay of the land. As I got closer to the lake, I could smell my mate. So, I started running as fast as possible. I got to the lake and there in the water was the most gorgeous she-wolf, I have ever seen. She was bathing in the lake, and when she caught my scent and turned to look at me. She began walking out of the water and was almost completely out when she realized she is naked and stopped. Duke was yelling at me to turn around and to stop Isaiah and Eric from coming to the lake."

I looked at Jessie and saw that she was blushing like crazy and then giggled lightly. "Well, I was kinda swept up in the moment and forgot that I was naked." 

Everyone chuckled and nodded their heads in understanding. One of the wolves cleared his throat and said, "I'm sorry, Alpha, if this is offensive but I was just wondering...what happened to your biological parents? You don't have to answer. I'm sorry that was stupid, I should never have asked you that question. Please forg…"

I cut him off an  tightened my grip onto Jessie for comfort and reassurance, "It's quite alright. Don't apologize. You all deserve to know the answer. My father died when I was five, according to what my biological mother told me, he was a drug addict and overdosed. She blamed his death on me and would constantly beat me until I turned 10. She dumped me off at the orphanage. I was not welcomed or accepted there. When I was 11, I found out that my mother died in a car accident, shifted into a wolf for the first time, and then ran away from the orphanage."

Jessie had some tears in her eyes and I gently wiped them away in her eyes. "No tears, my love. It all led me to finding my true parents, our pack, and you."

All of the she-wolves in the room sighed, while Jessie nodded her head and gave me a quick peck.

I love you, Axel.

Hearing her in our mind link still felt like a miracle and I shivered slightly, I love you too, sweets.

"Thank you for sharing that with us, Alpha. We all respect you and are inspired by you both," the young wolf who'd asked the question said. He bowed slightly, and was soon joined by everyone in the room.

"Thank you all for your support. I am truly blessed to be a part of this pack and even more blessed to be allowed to lead the finest group of wolves." I told them all. They didn't even realize that they just soothed a very real fear for Jessie and I. We smiled at each other and then at everyone in the room. "Let's continue."

"Ok, what is your favorite color?" Lucian asked. He and Tina were in the room snuggled together on another love seat.  

"I'd have to say blue, as cliché as that sounds, but not just any blue. Sky blue has easily become my all time favorite color." I nuzzled my nose into Jessie's neck as she blushed again. "But it has always been blue. It is a very calming color, and I have always loved the ocean."

"How long were you on your own before the Alpha found you?" Tina asked.

"I was on my own for two and half years. I actually called the Alpha an asshole when we first met," I told them. I heard a gasp go through out the room. "What? I was a teenager and was trying to act tougher than I really was. If it helps, I made him laugh."

Everyone chuckled at that. "Will you and Jessie take over the pack?"

"We will and there will be some additional news about that when the time is right. I can't go into details about that right now, but just know that good things are coming for our pack and we will be a strong pack that stands in front of the werewolf community," I told everyone as much as I could without scaring them. 

"Why do you spend so much time at the library?" 

"Well I have always believed that our history and legends should be maintained and kept within our packs. We need to continue to pass on our history so that it is not lost, our history is what leads to our strengths. It teaches us our path, so that we know what steps not to take. We can learn how to make our pack stronger by knowing our history. We will use our past to build our futures." I told everyone. I looked at my Jessie to see her staring at me with awe and pride. 

"You are smarter than you think you are, baby. You are truly meant to be the Alpha, " she told me with her megawatt smile. "I love you."

"I love you too, my sweets." I smiled and kissed her lightly. 

"Okay, I think we need to just watch the movie or those two are going to be making out because the more questions we ask, the more they fall in love with each other." Isaiah said as he made kissing faces at us.

"Hey, what can I say?" I asked him. "I'm just a man who is in love with my gorgeous and amazing mate."

Jessie again blushed and nuzzled her nose into my neck. I put my hand on her head and rubbed her hair lightly. "Could you please quit embarrassing my mate? Put the movie on already."

Everyone in the room began chuckling, but Eric being her protector got up and put on a horror movie. Jessie loves horror movies, so this would help her to feel better and cheer her up. I turned and whispered into her ear, "It's okay, my love. The movie is on and no one is looking in our direction any more."

She slowly pulled her head out of my neck, she looked at me and then looked around the room. She looked back and me and kissed me soundly on the mouth before we heard the room sounding with oohs and awes. I chuckled against her lips and she did too but didn't pull back. Someone turned off the lights and they all turned to the movie. 

Jessie pulled away and said, "He is right you know. I did fall in love with you even more."

"Me too, Jessie. Tomorrow is your pack initiation and Luna ceremony. Are you ready for that, sweets?" I kinda think she forgot all about it, and what I am feeling through the link, I was right.

"I totally forgot about that. s**t, Ax, I don't even have dress to wear." She was getting anxious and flustered. 

"Baby, don't worry. My mom got you your dress, shoes,  jewelry, everything. It's all been taken care of, you just have to show up. You are going to need to get some rest tonight, so we may not be able to finish the movie, because we also have the pack meeting in the morning, and I am pretty sure I promised to finish what we started earlier," I told her as I lightly nibbled on her earlobe.

She moaned quietly, "Well, then, I believe it's time for you to take me upstairs so we can climb into bed and someone will have to get me relaxed enough to be able to sleep."

With that, I scooped her into my arms and stood up quickly. I looked and everyone, "Well, my mate and I have to get to bed because we have to be up early in the morning and I want to make sure she is well rested. Isaiah, Eric, I recommend you also going to sleep as you will need to be up early too. Thank you for coming tonight and we will see you all tomorrow."

 With that I turned and practically ran to our bedroom. Jessie was giggling the whole way there and it was only egging me on to get to the room faster. She is killing me and doesn't even realize it. She is a little minx and sexy as hell, and those giggles are like a shot straight to my d**k. I am hard as a rock and ready to finish what we started earlier.

I got us to the bedroom and opened the door. I walked in and quickly shut the door with my foot behind us. I carried her over to the bed and set her on her feet. As soon as her feet hit the floor, she pulled me down to crash our lips together. It was fiery, passionate, and full of love.

fuck me, Axel. I need you baby. 

 Holy hell, that sent me to a whole new level of aroused. She put feeling into the link she sent me and it nearly dropped me to my knees.

"Jesus, Jessie. That was hot as fuck." I told her and pushed her down onto the bed and we quickly stripped each other as I climbed on top of her. We began a night of passionate love making, and fell asleep soon after. I fell asleep feeling love through our link and how happy Jessie is. 

**Jessie's POV

I woke up in mate's arms, after a night of passion. That man never ceases to amazes me. I was excited and nervous for this morning, but I was truly happy. This man has made the shadows in my life flee and change into a shining light that is consuming my soul. I love him beyond all measure and I knew he could feel it through our bond last night.

I snuggle into him and kissed his neck. "Ax, my love, I need to get up."

He grumbled as he pulled me closer, "Just a few more minutes."

"Baby, we have to get down for breakfast so that we can meet with your dad after and still have time to get organized before the meeting," I told him and kissed his cheek. 

"Fine...only if we can go to the shower together," he said while wiggling his eyebrows at me.

"Okay, but we have to be quick. Hurry and get that sexy ass out of bed." I told him. He let me go and threw off the blankets, I blushed seeing him naked again. I should be getting used to it by now, but I can't help it. He is such a sexy mother fucker.

"Love, I can feel you." He said as he smirked at me. "Lets get in the shower, we don't have a lot of time."

I smiled and threw the blankets off me. I made my way over to the bathroom when I felt Axel run up behind me and throw me over his shoulder and carried me into the bathroom. I giggled and he smacked my ass, so I quickly smacked his ass in return. He growled and turned on the shower. He set me down and kissed me, and led me into the shower.

We had some more fun in the shower before making our way downstairs to have breakfast. We ate quickly knowing that we needed to meet with dad before the meeting at 10. There were still some things that we needed to work out before we made the announcement to the pack. Once we finished breakfast, we made our way to the dad's office. It honestly was so amazing to be able to call them my parents now. It was the best feeling in the world to know that I had a family again.

As we were finishing up breakfast, I gave Axel a kiss, "Thank you for giving me this wonderful life, baby. I am so thankful that I met you. You have made me the happiest woman in the world and I love you more than I can ever explain."

He leaned over and kissed me like there was no tomorrow. After we were both left panting, "You have made me the happiest man in the world. I love you so very much. You have shown me what life and love is supposed to be. You are the light in my life and you will be an amazing Queen."

"Come on, babe. Lets get upstairs to meet with dad. We need to finalize things," I told him and gave him another peck on the lips. We gathered up our plates to take them into the kitchen but a few of the omegas quickly came over and took them from our hands. "Thank you so much. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to help make your lives and situation here better."

"Thank you, Luna." They both said as they bowed and made their way into the kitchen.

We made our way to dad's office so that we can get through a few things before the meeting. We had asked Isaiah, Eric, Tina, and Lucian to join us so that we could fill them in before the meeting as our Betas. As we reach the outside of Dad's office, Axel stopped me. "Babe, I know this is a big step for us but I want you to know that we are going to do this together, every step of the way. So I don't want you stressing yourself out about mistakes or disappointing anyone  or anything silly like that. We are a team and we can handle anything that is thrown at us as long as we are together."

I leaned forward and gave Axel a quick kiss, "Thank you for that, my love. I know that we will get through this together. And you're right, we can face anything as long as we have each other. Even if we are not right next to each, if we are with each other in heart and spirit we will can handle anything. I love you."

"I love you so much, my Queen," he said and gave me another chaste kiss. "Lets head in before they start getting to suspicious."

I giggled and Axel opened the door to the room. We walked in to see mom, dad, Eric, Isaiah, Tina, and Lucian in the office. We had promoted Lucian and Tina as head warriors, they had earned it. They proved their skills in training. So, we decided they should be in on the meeting this morning too.

As we took our seat, dad started the meeting, "Ok everyone. We wanted to meet with you all first so that you can be informed about what is going to happen and give us your input prior to us announcing it to the pack. I have put Axel and Jessie in charge of an expansion for the pack to the lake where they were both found, they have full control of the project. Jessie, why don't you explain more?"

"Thank you, Alpha," I said as I got up to address everyone. Dad gave a little growl, letting me know he didn't want me addressing him as Alpha. I apologized and he smiles. "Ok guys, like dad said we are going to be expanding the pack grounds. What we want to do is create a team to make decisions about the expansion, but Axel and I will have the final say. What we are thinking is that some of our warriors can build some homes out there to protect the pack and build another pack house out that way as well, but it will be used more for guests and pack members that would like to live there. We want the team to give their opinions on how to make the best of expansion and make life easier for our pack."

"I think that is wonderful idea, Luna. I think a lot of pack members would appreciate being able to give their opinions, and to help the pack in any way they can. There are a lot of pack members who feel like they aren't needed in the pack, this would help them," Eric told me.

"I agree, Luna. It is a great idea. Are you going to allow Omegas to join the team as well?" Tina asked.

"We will let all ranks submit to be on the team. We will be doing a questionnaire for everyone who wants to be on the team to fill out. We will narrow the candidates from that," Axel explained as he got up to join me and wrapped his arm around my waist. "That's what we need to get done before the pack meeting in two hours."

For the next hour and a half we all buckle down to come up with the questions for the questionnaire, got them all printed and moved to the conference room. We then all made our way downstairs to the foyer as the pack members all made their way into the room as well. I was getting nervous as this was Axel and I's first task as Alpha and Luna. I could tell Axel was slightly nervous too, so I reached over and took his hand in mine to help relax us both.

Dad moved to the front of the makeshift stage, and cleared his throat to get everyone's attention. When the room quieted down, he spoke, "Thank you all for coming today. As you all know I asked you to come so that I could inform you all about some changes that will be made in the pack. First, Jessie and Axel have opted to have two Betas, two gammas, and two top warriors. Axel, please come forward and explain this decision."

I gave Axel a quick kiss on the cheek and linked him, Go get, babe. I'm so proud of you.

I love you, Jessie.

I love you more, Ax.

He smirked and made his way to the front of the stage. "Thank you all for coming. Like my father said there will be two Beta, two Gammas, and two top warriors. The old royalty of our kind always appointed an Alpha Beta, Gamma, and top warrior and a Luna Beta, Gamma, and top warrior. This was a custom that held for many generations, the custom fell when we lost our kings and queens. I want to start that tradition again in our pack. It will strength our pack and with our size will give you all more access to us when you need help."

The room burst into cheers. Axel held up his hands. "I would like to take the time to introduce the Alpha team. For Beta, you all already know this but it is Isaiah. The Alpha top warrior is Lucian, if he should accept the title."

Isaiah stood, knelt before Axel, and exposed his neck. "I accept, I pledge my loyalty you and this pack. Thank you , Alpha."

 Lucian stood up, shocked, and made his way to the make shift stage. He knelt before Axel, and exposed his neck, "I accept, Alpha. I pledge my loyalty to you and this pack. Thank you for this opportunity."

The room again erupted in cheers and shouts of congratulation for both Isaiah and Lucian. Axel beckoned for me to stand and introduce my team. I moved to the front, "The Luna team Beta will be Eric, should he accept. And the Luna top warrior, should she accept, is Tina." 

Eric stood, knelt before me and exposed his neck. "I accept and pledge my loyalty to you and this pack. Thank you, Luna."

Tina was clearly not sure what the hell was happening. She got up and made her way up the stage with a look of clear confusion and bewilderment. "Tina, you asked for your second chance and we are giving it to you. will you accept?"

She knelt before me and exposed her neck, "I accept. Thank you Luna. I swear my loyalty to you and this pack. I will prove to my pack members that I will be a better friend and pack member to all."

"Then rise as members of the Alpha and Luna teams," Duke said coming forward. We all felt the power shift to them. They rose and bowed.

"Now you all felt the shift, and it will not be fully in effect until Jessie and I take over the pack. That will be a ways down the road as Jessie and I begin our training starting today. The Alpha's Beta, Gamma, and top warriors will still remain in place as well. I know you all noticed that the Gamma positions are open. We will be making some changes to the trainings and will use them as well as some one on one with pack members to determine who will take the Gamma position. All pack members will be considered for this position, so your current position does not matter in regard to be able to become Gamma."

The cheers were so loud that is was deafening. Axel smiled, signaled for our teams to be seated, kissed my cheek and sat down. I raised my hands to silence the crowd again, "We have some last news and then everyone can go their trainings. The trainings will not change until tomorrow, so rest easy." I heard audible sighs go throughout the room and giggled. "We will be expanding the pack land to the lake that Axel and I were both found."

Again, there were cheers throughout the room, we really did need this additional space. I again held up my hands, "The Alpha has assigned this project to Axel and I as apart of our training. However, we would like to up this project to the pack and establish a team to give their opinions, ideas, and helping hands."

The room was silent in shock, as this was the first time this has ever happened in a pack. They all looked at each other and then another deafening cheer went through the room. I giggled and looked at Axel who was staring at me with pride and love in eyes, and a gorgeous smile on his face.

When I turned back to the room, everyone quieted down. I waited until they were silent this time to allow the news to really sink in. "Now, we, unfortunately, can't have everyone on the team. That would be too many cooks in the kitchen. So there are questionnaires in the conference room for whomever is interested in being on the team. You can fill them out as you have time today. Again, your current pack position will not determine whether or not you will be on the expansion team. We are going to base this on your ideas. We will go through the questionnaires tomorrow and will announce our decision at lunch."

The pack was clapping and howling in excitement. It is in our nature to want to move up and to take care of our pack. I smiled at everyone and took my seat. Dad smiled at us, and held up his hands, "That is all everyone. There will be another movie night tonight for the next group to have some one on one with Axel and Jessie. So until then, go to your training, fill out the questionnaire if you are interested, enjoy your day!"

You could tell that the pack was really excited about these changes, you could feel the happiness radiating off of them. Some headed to training, others immediately went to the conference to fill our the questionnaires, and others went to relax or go to work for the day. 

"I am very proud of you both. Well done," Dad came and told us. He them turned to our teams. "Congratulations on the promotions, I am very proud of you all as well."

This is going to be a great start to our training, I can just feel it!
