Mech Completion 2

( I am finally done with exams and I am feeling much better so updates should come frequently for all drastic :the change fans.) Racing into the stormy sand the mech riders controlled their mech to fight the arid region that spanned over 50 Km. In an arid region going through the enormous sand dunes was not the only problems to be faced. A total number of fifty mech were placed in various locations across the arid land. All with one goal on mind and that was collecting gold stars. Seated in the stadium . Lana watched as they had began competing. Huge Mechs were being piloted across a massive desert arena. The Mechs struggle as huge desert dunes sunk below their feet. a few of them were caught up battling dune ants while a few were not moving at all. They seemed stuck for some unknown reason. Freshmen could barely understand why they were not moving this was especially obvious for the common class. The Mechs frozen in place were dealing with internal malfunction some could not resonate with their Mechs causing them to freeze up. The other set of frozen mech was experiencing damage from internal circuit being bombarded by dry hot air. A green mech slammed the dune ants that helps unto its arm and back by slamming it self into the ground. The green mech already had jagged body parts bit surprisingly it did not look worse. Each slam ended the life of an ant dune. It's long huge arms that looked like a Timon monkey swung vigorously by it side as it freed itself from the hold of the dune ants. It began to run forward gently avoiding the dunes as other Mechs movement were being impeded. Lana did wondered why they never helped each as did other simple minded students. Another mech that caught her attention was a slender mech with appropriate arms like the same size as a giant human. In it arms was a sword which half it size. Each swing cut through the air cutting down any dune ants unfortunate enough to meets its sword. The Mechs fought out of the dunes that impeded movement each struggling in different ways. Some blasted the dunes causing dust to fly around blurring sight. All around them a sand fog covered the contestants. A few Mechs had huge cannon as arms as they leaped avoiding the dune ants as fast as it could. A grey mech reached the sight faster than anyone, the mech was slender as it ran so fast its legs barely touched the ground. Picking up the flags it jumped straight into the space region. The area around the mech suddenly changed, a bright starry sky was seen all around the mech the beauty of space was indescribable. A pity its dangers was being discovered. As the Mech paused seemingly adjusting to its environment a huge asteroid moved towards the mech. Lana watched as the fast mech passed by the asteroid which crashed into another asteroid. It immediately burst into smaller pieces. The journey through space was straight. It had to do with the fastest and avoiding gravity. The gravitational pull of the artificial planet shoved a mech of course as it slammed into it automatically getting it self disqualified. The remaining mech became even more careful as they picked the flags. All flags were close to a planets gravitational pull. One had to be careful. Fast mechs or those who had come in first where able to pick the ones near the planet with the weakest gravity. A few other mechs combusted as they could not stand space pressure. The lack of oxygen also contributed to it. In total wiping out half of the contestants. From afar Lana could see the contestants she thought had probably died. Well she was not so sure it was a mech and it was obvious it was falling apart. The grey mech jumped into the next land surprising to follow was a green muscled mech. Both mechs only few seconds away from each other fell straight into the polar region without anytime left to settle down. They both remained immobile. Soon other mech caught up slowly and began to cross over. It seemed the grey mech and green mech were in trouble. Lana watched as the other mechs began to battle each other out with sabotages or plain old cruelty. Though there was no rules against such things but it was just a competition. Well at least that was what she thought. It was a mini test to see the exclusive skills of the mech riders and mech designers. If they could get pointers from the best mech or rider that were the judges it would be amazing. Besides from that that audience took things far betting on who was better and who would win though it was obvious a lot of people had cast their bet very early. Using university point, Lana was tempted though she did not like betting but the main reason was she did not want to lose her university points for no reason. The match was drawing to a close end and the amount of mechs were no longer a quarter of their original number the intensity of the polar region had already cut them by half and the sabotages did by another half. The most surprising fact was the green mech and grey mech had actually made it both holding flags. Lana was unsure how they did but they did. While only the desert had monsters that were recognizable to Lana as a beginner in monster division class. She knew as soon as the entered the canyon region a canyon beetle would be present she did not just hope she wished it too though it's ugliness kinda of makes her not wanting to see it. She wondered if mechs had air filters cause of how horrible it would smell. Diane could not wait to pilot such machines. Her blood boiled just by the thoughts. She could imagine how she would smashed her way through things looking all valiant. It was not just her all year one and even two students were all in dream land hoping to be the one stirring such a huge mech into the wild and looking awesome while doing it. Those were the normal innocent thoughts of the new innocent students. The year four or three students were almost completely absent. The former did not even have a single students in the auditorium. The mechs raced against each other as they were on the last laps though a lot of parts had begun falling out. A pinkish grey mech was still intact it was one of the background mechs it seemed not to do anything special though practically it had seven flags two from each of the three preceding regions. The other grey mech and green were also still in the race with each missing a limb. The pinkish grey mech suddenly accelerated jumping over a quick sand monster 'Sand snake ' they were various kinds of sand snake Lana had read about the most dangerous one she knew was a level 1 Brown sand snake. It would hide among the quicksand and sometimes extend it. These was the reason quicksand had expansion diameter. as a level 1 Brown sand snake it could only extend about 100meter more. Extending a quicksand was not the only thing it did. A brown sand snake was born at body building stage unlike most creatures she had read about who remain in a body building stage and born as monsters. The sand creature was usually passive. It spends most of it's days laying among the quicksand listening gently for sound movement. If a creatures enters its 100 meter domain. it would begin expansion and get the creature stuck in quicksand. The body of the Brown sand snake would then constrict around the creature dragging it down into quicksand. Jumping over it was the best idea. As it was better avoided. Though just because the pinkish grey mech did it did not mean others could and soon a fierce battle between already battered mechs and brown Sand snake soon broke out in various areas in the swampy region. It looked funny watching it but it disqualified a lot of people. Soon the competition ended with almost all the contestants riders disqualified and a lot of broken down mech. While Diane listened closely to the evaluation given by the amazing judges. Lana blurred through it. Soon the winner of the competition was announced with the Pinkish grey mech holding eight flags and the only mech in proper condition. The grey and green mechs came in second with each of them owning six stars and missing only a limb. The price was that their designers and riders would each spend a month each with the judges for training. They could be no better gift. In monster division class on each of their tables laid a dead canyon beetle. Lana could clearly remember the professor promised them a seldom alligator why a smelly bug this time. Cold sharp footsteps echoed through the room and everyone knew it was their scary looking professor. Even if they did not want too they had to look at her face. "Today we would cut open the Canyon beetle again while your evaluation might have passed last week you took excess time and the beetle diamond Crystal was damaged. " She sharply said how was that an explanation. It made sense but a canyon beetle stunk way to much. " Each of you would have to cut open ten canyon beetle each and the diamond crystal must be about no less than 15percent of it's original. " Tears streamed on the inside as each student looked like the had swallowed a bug. "That is not all, if you fail these assessment. I would prepare a stirred canyon beetle chips and soup for you all to eat. I cannot guarantee it won't be worse that what you smell. " she joked. Or Lana hoped she was joking. " It taste terrible for those who hope it doesn't taste as bad as it smells " she walked out and left them to their doom. It took Lana five hot shower baths, with using three different flower scent to get rid of the splash from the canyon beetle gut when she cut it open. Though monster division class had a simple divider for privacy it did not block out the smell or sounds of retching. Lana could not eat for two days and she was only feeling better. Though eating a canyon beetle soup seemed to make cutting it open a relaxing Beach day. Lana grabbed her bag and brought out a nose mask. She sprayed it with perfume before putting it on the clipping her nose shut. Looking around she was not the only one who came prepared about half of the class where doing the same thing after all they were not sure of a seldom alligator would be that bad. Lana soon focused on the task and begun gently cutting open a canyon beetle. knowing it's digestive tract could attack she put a transparent plastic sheet on it. Busy with her wonderful canyon beetle. Diane's robot passed the assembled test though it was very ugly. After watching the match Diane felt she might have scratched the surface reason on why they needed to understand the mechs even though most of them were not designers. In the mech match they were a lot of clumsy movement that was obviously not deliberate. She should have known even though Tabble Dawg was acting weird and was not exactly her imagination of an isolated it was without doubt all amazing people all had weird character and behaviors. Far away from University of magic. Hens Cliff became even more unstable making people doubt if it was really only a Level E space c***k. Fear slowly crept into the heart of the soldiers, researchers and elementals. They could not take it if it was more than that, they could barely stabilise a Level E space c***k. Hand crossed on hearts they all prayed it remained a level E c***k while sometimes luck might not be on their side they hoped it was theirs right now. Slowly but steadily the c***k begun to widen opening only six inches long before stopping it's energy surge began to drop hanging at a middle Level E space c***k. It made them all breathe in relief. Lana had just finish cutting and removing all the diamond crystal while it was impossible to know the percent she got out she tried her best to cut it completely open without any damages. She had at least four fully extracted diamond crystals. Two were without knife marks as she was able to pull it out. Submitting it she hurries to the dorm to get changed before rushing towards the physical exercise class. On getting there she was pushed into the beginner training. Though she took almost the same classes as Diane and Souree she never stayed in a classroom with them yet. Her beginner class was quite simple they said. She was asked to run about 5km in 20 minutes then after a 5 minutes break she is to do a hundred push-up, Fifty squats and remain in an horse stance for an hour. Of course that was just the beginning the exercise would go on for a week before more exercise routine is incorporated. She had only been doing these exercise routine for a week and her legs and arms feel like they would fall out. She can't run a kilometer in 10 minutes, do a thirty minutes horse stance, complete thirty squats or do five proper push-ups. How was she supposed to complete the actual exercise plan. Did it occur to them that when she said she wanted to be physically fit she hoped for them to put her in the kindergarten exercise. How she wanted to quit but she could see Diane's imaginary head floating around saying 'I told you so'. Though she was right Lana hated to be told that she rather be the one saying it. Finishing the lesson for today or at least trying to again. She was better than last week. Another shower was needed thankfully there were ten bathrooms for those who needed to change. Taking a quick shower she ran into Diane who was on her way to crystal class. Lana took her crystal class in the morning but was going to culture class which Diane just left. These was how their classes were sometimes they never caught a glimpse of each other all day until night. Lana and Diane could not be any happier with the fact that they shared a room. Though they have never been knowledge of the alien race known a few dead civilization had been uncovered. The rest of the time the class mainly spoke on beast and their habitat. These was why it remained under the monster division branch. "Today we would talk about the monster hierarchy. A monster or beast are not quiet different from each other except their potentials and strength. Humans discovered monsters are easily digestible which is why you have been told to eat at the cafeteria. All food cooked is filled with energies and elemental particles. As you know the food their cost university credits which is why you should all begin to collect and complete the missions issued. your card would allow you to collect weak missions after your compulsory class ends in six months. " Mr Richard educated us. How amazing Lana thought it is a good thing they were all saving the credit allowance the school gave them she imagined in six months they would stop teaching and giving the credit allowance. Soon the lessons resumed and it was soon over after all Culture class was supposed to be for alien culture. The days remained hectic for the girls but they had become used to it the each shuttled fast through everyday and soon it had been a month. Lana and Diane never forgot to meditate despite how tired they were after all it would make them feel better. Back on Hen Cliff the c***k enlarged by fifteen inches it was extremely slow but that made it even safer. It had been a month and it soon began opening by five inch every day. Garald tapped his wooden desk gently his eyes un focused on the work in front of him. A month ago Tabble Dawg had asked him to prepare body bags and he did but he still had no idea what it was for. It was nerve pulling when he is in constant worry over the danger he does not know. If only Tabble was not used to acting like he did not care, he would at least be at peace. (I feel Tabble Dawg just wants to cause our principal to have a massive headache. ???Poor principal Garald )
