"Emil, this is Ariana .
Ariana this is Victoria and Emil Pupin business acquaintances of mine."
He said and I could instantly sense that Victoria didn't like me much.
I mean, I could see her distaste for me, in her eyes, it was in the way she looked at me, not too malicious, but irritatingly superior. She was subtle about it, but it was there.
After the introductions Victoria and I headed to the bar to get designer drinks.
"How does it feel to be with a man you know will never be yours, Ariana?"she asked after a while.
