It was almost noon, when I opened my eyes the next day.
I couldn't believe I'd slept so late.
This must be the jet lag, but noon was a new low for me.
It's not that I had plans or other things to do, I was just drained.
I immediately reached for my phone to check the message again but it was switched off, I hadn’t even put it on since I left.
So the cute text message was just a stupid dream, one in which Jayden was a normal husband.
I sighed heavily as I remembered we hadn’t spoken at all.
After a nice stretch , i got up and rushed into the bathroom for a quick shower.
When I reemerged, Ximena had set out a white and pink polka dot silk dress for me.
It was from Lina, she left a note to tell me that she'd bought it and some other stuffs for me.
