As he knew his duty was to bring heirs to the throne, he knew he was trying to push that decision away, a little more, as he needed time. Even if he was aware that now was the time, as he was strong and he could protect his house now, not later when they would need to grow and he would get older. Now was the time to make a family and have as many heirs as he could, in order to have at least one surviving for the throne, to continue to rule the people.
