Over the last week Morgan has been moving his stuff over to my place after we had a conversation with the landlord. Since Morgan has been a good tenant and living there awhile there were no issues with the change we wanted to make. Morgan even offered to let him keep his security deposit, but that was quickly rejected. Morgan let the landlord know he would leave any furniture he didn’t leave for the next tenant if it was needed instead.
