(Amelia POV) The morning light greets my eyes, though sleep is still knocking at my waist. This night was so short it seems I did not sleep at all. The wet leaves rustle underfoot, reminding me of the unpleasant autumn weather. Brook walked beside me, silently gazing at the treetops. James Nathan and Sawyer walked ahead, picking their way towards the werewolf clan forest. A slight cold autumn breeze kissed my cheeks, forcing me to open my eyes wider. The mottled leaves fell from the trees in slow circles. A fresh gust of air blows sharply, and the sound of the first drop bounces off the soft moss.
