Elijah's shock was far less than what I expected when he found out about my past life. Surprisingly, he wasn't as unsettled as I thought he would be.
How was I supposed to know I would be some predominant wolf capable of taking on twenty packs at a time? Trust me; it was just as unexpected when I found out what kind of wolf I was from the Moon Goddess herself.
It's not like every day you're born into some highly powerful bloodline, and then bam, you have powers.
