CHAPTER 9: The Plans

Travis Keil POV

I am still thinking, bothered to be exact about that freaking engagement of Ivan and Eunice. What's wrong with me? Why would I care kung ikasal siya sa demonyong iyon?

"Because she's innocent. She's an angel and Ivan is a demon," I murmured.

What am I thinking? Am I crazy? The hell I care about that woman.

"Oh, bakit nakakunot na noo mo boss?" Dark asked sabay upo sa tabi ko. Andito kami sa cafeteria. The security here has been tripled.

"None of your fvcking business," I answered.

"Woah! Chill boss! Bakit ang init yata ng ulo mo ngayon? Meron ka?" Tanong naman ni Light.

"Baka gusto mong di na sikatan ng araw burkas, Santiago?" Patanong kong sagot sa kanya.

"Ano ba kasing iniisip mo, Keil? Was it about the gift? Kasi kung oo, well we have already prepared it." Tugon ni Night.

"Bukas na yon diba?" Tanong ni Sig.

"Yes..." Sagot naman ni Night.

"Yon naman pala boss eh! Ready na ang lahat. Wala kana dapat p-" I cut off Light's words.

"I need to talk to that stupid childhood friend of yours, Santiago!" I commanded.

"Huh?" Patanong na sagot ni Light.

"You know I hate repeating myself twice, Santiago, so better move now." I said seriously with my deadly tone of voice.

"I mean, who? Eunice? Oh sh!t! Don't tell me you're in l-asdfghjkl..." Light was not able to finish what he was about to say when Dark covered his mouth.

"Aalis na kami ngayon din, king. I'll accompany Light." Saad pa ni Dark bago niya hinatak patayo si Light at naglakad patungo sa pwesto nina Eunice.

"What are you planning, Keil? Don't tell me you'll ask her to cancel the engagement?" Night asked me.

"I don't know yet. But one thing has to be done. Hindi dapat sila maikasal. Kapag nangyari yon, mahihirapan na tayong makakuha ng clues sa Scorpios. Kalaban natin ang Inferno Mafia. Sa tingin mo, makakalapit pa si Light kay Eunice? Sa daming mata ang Mafia na yon. Tuso pa." Nang-gagalaiti kong saad.

"Sa bagay, tama ka King. Sa tingin nyo, nagmamahalan kaya silang dalawa ni Eunice?" Sig asked out of the blue. Andito pala to. Akala ko di siya papasok ngayon.

"Wala akong pakialam!" Sagot ko naman. Bakit naman kung mahal nila ang isat-isa. Di ko naman siya type. Di din naman kami.

"Keil, kung mahal nila isat-isa, mahihirapan tayong pigilan si Eunice sa kasal na yon." Tugon ni Night. Well, he has a point.

"Edi, we don't have a choice but to kidnap that woman so she won't be able to show up." I said.

Xyra Eunice POV

Grabi! I still couldn't get over the scenes at the HQ office yesterday.

Flashback...

"Ako!" A very daring, sophisticated voice echoed through the room. Sabay kaming napatingin sa entrance ng opisina sa HQ.

"Seriously?!" Bulong ni Star.

"Are you freaking crazy, Sandro?!" Di makapaniwalang saad ni Black nang makalapit na sa amin si Sandro.

"Do I look like one, huh? Black?" Sagot naman ni Sandro.

"You will definitely look like one the moment you marry Eunice... Unless you're straight now, pffff...." Tugon ni Star.

"Kidding! I'll always be Sandra noh!" Pagiinarteng saad naman ni Sandro.

"Baklitang ito! Bakit ngayon kalang nagpakita?!" I asked sabay tayo then nag-beso sa kanya.

"Mahal na reyna, ikaw ba nama bigyan ng napakaraming mission..." Sandro answered.

"Nag enjoy ka naman kasi madaming papabels?" Tanong naman ni Star.

"100%! Sayang di ako nakapag-uwi man lang kahit isa. Sina Master Euno at Dex kasi huhuhu ayaw akong payagan." Pagmamaktol na emote ni Sandro.

Napuno ng tawanan ang buong kwarto dito sa opisina. France Sandro Marquez, our gay friend. Close sa amin and kanang kamay nina Kuya. A secret spy of the Scorpios. He is skilled at katana, shurikins and black-belter.

End of flashback...

"So, ano ng plano nyo? Who's going to be her groom?" Sandro asked.

"Bukas na ang engagement niyo diba? Paano yan?" Nag-aalalang tanong ni Star.

"Ako nalang." Aries volunteered.

"Alam mong hindi pwedi yan, Ri. Kilala kayong magpinsan, nag-iisip ka ba?" Black said as a matter of fact.

"Di rin ako pwedi dahil alam ng lahat na kami ni Hanna." Keisuke said. He is right.

"What if alukin mo yong childhood friend nyo na si Maxwell?" Hanna suggested.

"No good hehehe..." Saad ko.

"Off limits yon." Dagdag ni Aries.

I noticed that they were confused kaya ngumuso ako sa direksyon ni Mid.

"Ahh!" / "Okay!" Sabay nilang tugon. Then Mid looked at us confusedly. I just shrugged my shoulders.

"Hi, guys! Uni, pwedi kaba makausap saglit?" Maxwell approached us asked seriously.

"Sure! You can say it here." I smiled.

"Privately?" Nahihiyang tanong ng kasama ni Maxwell.

"Promise, we won't do any harm, Uni." Dagdag ni Maxwell ng maramdaman siguro nya na nag-iba ang tingin at aura ng mga kasama ko.

I assured the group na, I'd be okay bago tumango kina Maxwell at tumayo. I trust my people too.
