CHAPTER 20: L-University Ball

A beautiful night surrounds the L-University outdoor field welcomed us. Even the star in the sky also enjoys the beauty of its sparkle.

A red with a touch of white, black & gold designs is the theme of a gathering held today to celebrate hearts day. The surroundings are truly enchanting.

I just hope the program will be peaceful and everyone is happy & enjoying. I should enjoy this too even if I'm not comfortable in what I'm wearing. This is really Black and Star's fault.

"Eun, you really look seductive & stunning. And your empire waist feature really draws attention to your upper body which create a perfect balance!" Pambobola ni Star.

Well, I just wore a black silver fitted gown with hot fix bodice, keyhole, skirt slit and open back.

"I am not really comfortable with the keyhole part-and the slit, gosh!" I just blurred out.

"You know what Uni, I bet your husband will droll over you..." Nakangising tugon naman ni Black.

"As if that engot man cares." I responded.

"Will, let's see..." Saad naman ni Star.

"Anyways, you girls are elegantly beautiful tonight. And bagay sayo yang one shoulder fitted gown-corset bodice, ruched skirt slit and over skirt side drape, Made." I complemented.

My girls are really beautiful tonight. Well, they are already but tonight, they're just too gorgeous.

"Queen" / "X" Sabay na pag-agaw attention nina Clarise and Hannah sa amin.

Wow! Speaking of fierce and elegant, these two never fails to amaze me with their party looks.

"Hey! Ang ga-ganda nga naman talaga nang dawalang ito... Anyways, is everything settled?" Patanong na sagot ko sa kanila.

"Yes. Our men are on its own respective areas." Sagot ni Hanna.

"Naka stand-by na rin ang mga spy at assassin natin. Pati reapers ay okay na rin. Lahat ng mga inutos mo ay okay na lahat." Mahabang sagot naman ni Clarise.

"And one more thing, please change your earrings with these one." Tugon ni Hanna sabay abot ng ibat-ibang klase ng hikaw.

Silver with gold touch na ibat-ibang desensyo na hindi kalakihan. Simpleng hikaw kung baga.

"This has a tiny microphone which connects to every one of our men including those who are in the control room." Paliwanag pa ni Hanna.

We have CCTV and hidden cctv all over the area and the university. And we have a control room to monitor all the movements.

"Good. Now, enjoy tonight's event and whenever it is needed, if needed na may dapat gawin, don't hold back and trust your guts guys." Tugon ko and they all nodded in unison as a response.

The event started gracefully, and dinner is served.

I saw my brothers with Aries earlier near at the stage. Well, my brothers are 2 of the VIP guests. No one except my people knows they're my brothers.

We also saw Travis' group. He looks so hot and handsome. Fvck! Why am I complementing that engot!

"Ladies & gentlemen, to our VIP guests, faculty, staff and L-University students, the dance floor is now officially open. We will have our first set of music before we welcome our especial guest for tonight' ball event. So, grab your partners now and have this first dance magical & memorable as ever!" The emcee stated.

At ayon na nga. Kanya-kanyang sayaw sila and kami nalang nina Clarise at Star dito sa table namin. Sino naman kasing maglalakas na mag-aya samin diba?

"May I have this dance with you?" A man asked Clarise. He looks familiar.

"Who are you?" Malditang tanong ni Clarise.

"I'm Andrew. Keil and Maxwell's friend." Pagpapakilala niya.

At ang lola niyo! Walang hiya ba naman. May pa who are you pang nalalaman pumayag naman at kinilig pa.

"Hi Ladies! Lloraine, may I have this dance with you?" Pag-anyaya ni kuya Euno kay Star.

Sabi ko na eh! May iba sa dalawang ito. Ito namang si Star, sobrang halata ang kilig. Namumula na nga ang pisngi.

And the winner goes to me! Yey! Wala akong kasayaw. Ano ba yan! I can't imagine na ma b-bored ako dito. What if aalis nalang kaya ako?

When I'm about to stand up, a man approached me. He is kind of a cute guy but not my type.

"Hi, Ms. May I have this dace with you?" He asked.

"I appreciate you asking but I'm sorry, I don't feel like dancing." I responded with an utmost sincerity.

"Well then, can I accompany you instead?" Tugon naman niya saka ngumiti ng nakakaakit.

Bakit kasi may dimple siya.

"I don't mind kaso nga lang, paalis na ako eh. Baka next time na lang." Tanging saad ko.

Not worth of my time.

Tumalikod na ako but I did not expect what he did next. He literally grabs my arm with brute force. Ang sakit kaya.

"What the!?" I murmured.

"You don't turn your way out when I'm still here, talking nicely to you... Not to a Sandoval woman!" Saad niya sa isang napaka seryusong boses.

Sino ba tong walang-hiyang taong to!? Sandoval? From which elite family?

"And you don't just grab someone else's wife dude!" Isang mapagbantang tuno ang aming narinig. And I know who it was.

"Who are you?" Tanong naman ng Sandoval na ito.

"None of your business." Matigas na sagot ni Travis.

Yes. It was Travis. Ang lakas ng dating niya! Nag pa-palpitate na nga yata ako dito. Ano ba yan!

"Very well then, get out of here because I still have business with this woman. Pakipot pa kasi." Saad naman ni Sandoval.

"Back off or your dead!" Pagbabanta ni Travis.

Grabi naman din ang isang to.

"Sinong tinatakot mo? Not me dude. You don't know the Sandoval's!" Pagmamayabang naman ng lalaki.

"Well, you don't know the Salvador..." Isang ngisi ang pinkawalan ni Travis right after he said those words.

"May araw din kayong dalawa. And you woman, magiging akin ka rin!" Tugon nong Sandoval bago kami iniwan.

Nang makaalis na yong Sandoval na yon, tinitigan lang ako ni Travis. Hindi maipinta ang kanyang mukha. Ano na namang problema neto.

"May-ano, Trav - bakit ka ba ganyan ka makatingin?!" Reklamo ko kasi naman na c-conscious na ako.

"What the fvck are you wearing?! Is that even called a proper dress? Bakit may hole dyan?! Mag jacket ka nga!" Biglang saad nya.

Ano daw?!

"Huh?" Tanging sagot ko lang kasi naman di ko pa ma process sinabi nya.

"Anong huh?! At may dala akong jogging pants don, mag bihis ka. Let's go!" Dagdag pa niya.

Ano bang problema ng engot na to. Mag jacket at jogging pants? At this event?

"Are you nuts? May I remind you Mr. Salvador, this is a ball event, hindi P.E." Saad ko sa kanya.

"Are you going to change or ako ang magbibihis sayo?" Tanong niya.

"You know what? Let's just dance, okay? Then after that, ihatid mo nalang ako." Saad ko hoping mapakalma ang isang to.

Parang kakain na ng tao.

"That's way better." Sa kalmadong tugon niya.

Salamat naman at kumalma ang engot. I just smiled at him.

"And give me that dress after & tell where you bought that." Tugon niya na ikinagulat ko.

"Susunugin ko para di mo na maisuot at papasabugan ko ang store kung san mo yan nabili." Dagdag niya pa na ikinanga-nga ko.
