Alpha Jake POV

I regret beating Deja and ordering my guards to break her arm. I should I have believed her when she said she didn't hit Erika. Because I knew my Luna told my girls to bully their own cousin.

I have been busy with the other alphas, trying to find out how the blue moon pack got attacked by a group of rogues with guns. Alpha Carson was shot in the head while fighting to save his pack. Nora's body was found in the forest with her head removed, whoever planned this attack had no fear of the Alpha King.

When I returned from the summit of the Alphas, I was shocked to see my Luna turned her sister's only daughter into a slaves. When I first met my mate I knew she didn't like me at all, but I fell in love with her right away. She had her eyes on Alpha Carson the whole time and Carson was so madly in love with his mate Nora that he even marked her the same night.

But Linda still wanted Carson, when I came back to my pack with my mate , she wasn't friendly or respectful to my pack members. I know that Linda hated her sister Nora but why treat her innocent daughter like a slave?

Alpha Carson saved my pack from falling apart financially when someone stole millions from the pack's budget.

At this point, I'm worried and scared that someone will find out and about Deja being in my pack as a slave. I have to stop my mate right now. I was so pissed at myself for letting my mate get away with things.

I went to my office and sent for my mate to come, Linda did not show up till after thirty minutes. I knew the woman didn't have respect for me as her Alpha or mate. Linda, you can not treat Deja like a slave anymore in this pack and I'm going to tell every pack member to stop bullying her.

How dare you question my order my Luna said to me, have you forgotten that I am the Alpha of this pack and also your Alpha? I don't care who you are Jake, but let me make myself very clear to you and your stupid pack, Deja will remain a slave in this pack until she dies. And I will make sure she doesn't get mated to anyone.

Linda, you will not bring war into my pack, because Deja is an Alpha and they will come looking for her, remember the blue moon pack never plays about their Alpha. All of the Blue Moon pack members are dead, and how did you know all of them were dead Linda? I already told you she will continue to be a slave to me and this pack. Linda walked out of my office without answering my question. I kept thinking about her statement about the Blue Moon pack members being dead. How did she know and who told her? Because all the Alpha don't know if everyone in the blue moon pack was dead. I might be in love with my mate or maybe it is the mate bond that makes me love her, but I don't trust her at all.

I left my office to go talk to my three daughters about their way of treating Deja. They were in their living room watching a movie when I got there. Hi Dad all three of them came running to hug me, hey baby girls, we need to talk about something very important. what going on Dad, Fefe asked, I have to talk to your about the way you've been treating Deja. It has to stop right away because she is your cousin.

She is not our cousin's dad, she is just a spy who was caught trying to enter our pack, Erika said. Who told you she is not your cousin? Me! my mate said while walking on me and my daughter's conversation. She is not their cousin so stop lying to my children Jake,

I was angry at my mate for her disrespectful behavior towards me, my wolf smoke was not happy about her attitude at all, so I let him take control. My wolf slapped my mate so damn hard that she fell to the floor. Smoke faced our daughters and they went on their knees right away. Listen you three from this day forward you all will treat Deja with respect because she is your cousin. Do you understand me? Yes, Alpha they said.

When smoke had given me back control, I looked down at my mate on the floor with a shocked look on her, i hope you understand Luna because you will not destroy my pack. I told all my pack members not to beat or bully Deja, but they were afraid of my Luna and what she would do to them when I am not around. My beta told me that my Luna killed one of pack older member just because she asked for Deja to stay with her. Something is going on behind my back in the pack and I need to find out.
