The Contract Girlfriend

Chapter9

Shayla woke up when someone tapped her gently waking her.

"Shay wake up and prepare, am sure the drivers will soon be here"Pandora said and she stood up still feeling sleepy.

Well today is the D day, the day she will be going to Los Angeles, she just don't know how to feel about it, but from the look of things her sister Pandora was so happy..

"Go and take your bath already, I don't want them to wait for you when they arrive"Pandora said..

"What are you still doing here, aren't you meant to be in school"Shayla said..

"Today is Saturday so no school, make sure you be of your best behavior infact I just wish you date your boss in real life not just a contract"Pandora said and Shayla looked at her surprised, Pandora is just behaving as if she is her mother while she senior her...

"Okay go, I want to go take my bath now"Shayla said with her hand on her forehead then Pandora left immediately..

She stood up a sighed then went to the mirror and stood staring at her reflection.

"Can I do this??"she asked her self, that was what every one could ask because her boss is just a rude and agnorant being.

"Just go there pretend and come back with your money"she said then removed her clothes and went to the bathroom.

Then she came out and wore her clothes, she picked the small box that Miguel gave her yesterday and wore. He told her that if anyone ask her what the ring means she should just say its a promise ring. Almost immediately she heard a car horn then she quickly went to where her bag was and carried it.

"They are here already"Pandora said as she entered the room..

"I know"she said and Pandora helped her in caring the bag, so they left the room..

"I will miss you, what am I even saying am missing you already, just do fast and come back"Pandora said with tears threatening to come down from her eyes.

That made Shayla to smile, someone who was telling her to prepare and leave is the same person that is crying because she is leaving.

"Don't worry I will come back soon and we will get rich as you always wished"Shayla said and Dora nodded cutely....

The car horned again, obviously tired of waiting for them.

"Let's go"shay said and went outside and then met a black car and a man leaning on the car waiting for them..

"Good morning"Shayla greeted the driver who was on sunglasses

"Boss said you should not carry any load, just carry your small hand bag and not the big one"The driver said and Shayla looked at him confused.

"What do you mean that I should carry just small bag, my clothes, my shoes everything is inside this bag"Shayla said..

"Sorry ma'am, am just doing what am asked to do and for the bag you are not Carrying it ma'am"he said and Shayla opened her mouth to talk but stopped when her sister tapped her back..

"Just leave the bag, maybe he have new clothes for you in Los Angeles"she said and sighed and then gave her sister the big bag.

The driver entered the car and Shayla entered too so he took off. Pandora waved her good bye till Sha was out of the sight..

Shayla took a deep breath and watch as they drive towards the highway, she is just doing this just because of her sister and nothing else.

Not less than five minutes the car stopped in an airport.

"Wait are you making use of airplane"Shayla thought and came down from the car

"Miss Lopez follow me if you don't mind"she heard a voice behind then turned and saw a lady in uniform. She nodded and followed her..

They walked till they arrived at where the airplane was parked

"RODRIGUEZ AIRLINES"Shayla read out and they entered, Shayla was trying so hard to hold her excitement because this is the first time she will be entering a plane.

"Miss find your self comfortable"the lady and Shayla went and sat down in an empty sit then the lady left.

Shayla looked around, obviously checking on Miguel her boss but he was no where to be found.

"Maybe we are not entering the same plane"Shayla thought and almost immediately she saw Miguel entering the plane and too her greatest surprise Miguel came and sat beside her.

"Good.. morning sir"she stuttered and as we all know he ignored her again, Shayla sighed and minded her business.

Is he naturally rude or is it because of our first encounter, this was what she asked her self and after a short period of time the flight took off.

Pandora was inside the house doing some dishes she have to take care of her self since her sister wasn't around to do it for her...

She badly misses her, is this how she will leave till she comes back. Her thought was interupted when she heard a knock on the door..

"Who could that be"she thought and dropped the plate she was washing..

"Coming"she screamed and rushed to the door and opened it. She was surprised when she saw Franklin standing in front of the house..

"Hey Pandora how are you"Frank said but Dora just rolled her eyes.

"Good morning, who are you looking for?"Pandora asked even tho she clearly know that he was looking for her sister.

"Ohhh I came to see your sister Shay, today is Saturday so she must be at home"Franklin smiled, Dora looked at him for some minutes before responding.

"My sister is not around, don't come another day to look for her because you won't see her, she went to Los Angeles infact why you asking of her I thought you guys have broken up already"Dora said and Franklin heart skipped, did she tell her sister that she caught him with a man.

"You know she said that you guys had a little misunderstanding that lead to breakup so she cut things off, am sure you are here to ask for second chance but unfortunately she left to Los Angeles and now dating a rich dude"Dora continued..

"Dating....what"Franklin strutted.

"Oh, she did not tell you, my sister Shayla is dating her boss and we will soon be rich, maybe you can go find another girl cos my sister is taken already, so bye"she said and closed the door leaving Franklin outside.

Shayla Mouth opened in awe, immediately they stepped inside the mansion, this house was like heaven inside earth.

They arrived at the airport so some cars came to pick them.

She came down from the car and then followed Miguel as he entered the mansion..

Miguel stopped and then faced her, "this is your room all the items you need are inside"he said and Shayla nodded and then entered her room, she smiled when she saw how the room was, it was painted purple and guess what purple is her best colour, she opened the wardrobe and opened her mouth, is this wardrobe or boutique cos it was too big to be called a wardrobe.

This is the life she wished for but not being someone contract girlfriend.

"Maybe I could go take my bath"she said and entered the bathroom. The bathroom was made of glass giving it a perfect look.

"Woow this bathroom is bigger the house me and Dora lived in"she said and undressed herself then started bathing.

And after some minutes she was done so she put on her towel then went to her room but was surprised to see Miguel sitting comfortably on her bed.

"Bo...ss"she starmmered and Miguel looked for her from head to toe, Shayla felt heat on her body immediately. Like what he doing here, didn't he hear the shower sound.

"I came to remind you that tomorrow we will be going to my parents house so behave yourself, you being my contract girlfriend doesn't mean you should not go out with other boys, just don't let my parents see you"he said...

"So be at your best behavior if you want that money"he said then stood up and left.
