Sasha's POV
At once, I turned to her, glancing down at the black gloves which were starting to reveal themselves on my palms.
“Oh this…” I trailed with an awkward smile whilst she anticipated for my response.
“It's nothing. I just wore it since it's a bit cold. Don't mind me, ma'am. I can be silly at times,” I laughed nervously, expecting her to smile or laugh, but she just nods at me suspiciously before walking away.
Phew! That was close. I almost got caught. Thankfully she didn't see me coming out from Eric's study, if not, it could have been more suspicious.
