Chapter 20I sat in my room and looked out the window across the park. I was torn as to whether I should trust Perez. If I told him everything, he'd have to let Lopez out of jail. After all, there was no murder. And if I didn't tell him anything, and he found out I had framed Lopez, I would almost certainly end up in jail. Which I definitely did not want to happen. Was there a chance that if I spilled my guts to him, he would let this plan play out long enough for me to have Lopez sign over the property? I wasn't ready to take that chance. My phone rang.
