ALAENA’S POV
After a day of rest in the Oasis, it was time to be on the move again.
Roy had made a full recovery over the night, the bruises and cuts clearing up with just tiny marks left to indicate something had happened recently.
Old man Titus was also well rested and ready to move, he had been stretching all through the early morning.
It's no surprise he could still do what he does at his age.
The Hidden Oak tree was not far from where we had stayed.
We set off on foot with the children of the forest leading the way at first, I was still getting the hang of sensing the energies.
The journey to the Hidden Oak was quiet.
Too quiet.
