The flash of light faded away, and Ashta, Roman, Riah, and Ray found themselves back in the Magical Meadow and their realm. Roman, Riah, and Ray looked at each other as they laughed, but Ashta snapped them out of their reunion as she cried out in pain, and they all looked at her.
Quickly, their smiles faded, and they ran over to her.
“Ash?” Roman said softly as he reached her, and she cringed as she grabbed her leg.
“What happened?” asked Riah as she looked at the stab wound in her thigh, and Ashta winced in pain as she tried to move.
“I was stabbed during training,” she groaned breathlessly, and Riah gave her a knowing look.
“Did you forget that you can heal yourself?” she asked as she put her hands on her hips, and Ashta looked up at her friend in disbelief.
“What?”
