  EVELYN'S POV   I pushed open my eyes to see that I was no longer on the balcony with Marcel; I was tucked into bed. A light yawn however eased through my lips, reminding me of the louder growl I had heard previously.   "What was that about?" I asked in hush tones. I felt a sudden chill before I passed out; the growl sounds too familiar; it felt like whoever was howling tried reaching out to me.   The door opened right on cue, drawing me away from my thoughts. A faint smile formed on my lips as Marcel peered slowly through the frame.   "Can I come in?" he asked, and I nodded slowly. I felt at ease; I didn't have to hide my kindness from him; he was just like me. Never have I been so grateful for him lying to me from the beginning of the entire thing.
