The Night That Changed Everything 🌌

1102 Words
The city streets blurred as Ava followed the masked man through the narrow alleyways which was too dark and she was drunk to hardly understand who she was with or where she was, but her heart beating faster with each step. She wasn’t sure what she was doing, or why she felt this sudden need to follow him, but the tension in the air was too thick to ignore. She could feel his presence behind her, like a shadow that refused to leave her side. Her mind raced, questioning her own choices. But every time she glanced over her shoulder, his eyes locked onto hers with such intensity that it felt like he was pulling her in, deeper and deeper into his orbit. It was magnetic, irresistible. Like she was a moth drawn to a flame—dangerous, but impossible to escape. They reached an unmarked door in the side of a building, and the man pulled it open, revealing a dimly lit hallway. Ava hesitated for a moment, the chill in the air cutting through her as she stood at the threshold. “Don’t worry,” his voice was smooth, coaxing her in, a quiet promise in the air. “You’re safe here.” Ava didn’t say anything. She just nodded, her breath shallow as she stepped inside. Everything was too sudden but she could not even resist as if there was some addiction with this man and the pull was irresistible though they both didn't see each other because of their masks. The door shut softly behind them, and she followed him down the hallway, her mind swirling in a mixture of excitement and apprehension. She knew she should stop. She knew she should turn around and leave, but she couldn’t. Not now. They reached a door at the end of the hall, and the man pushed it open. The room was nothing like she had imagined. Soft lighting bathed the space in a warm, golden hue, and the bed in the center was large, inviting. Ava could feel the heat of the room as it wrapped around her, making her pulse quicken even more. The man closed the door behind them and turned to face her. There was no more pretense now. His mask was still in place, but his eyes—his eyes were full of something intense, something she couldn’t quite place. “Stay,” he said, his voice low and commanding. “Don’t go anywhere.” Ava couldn’t speak. She nodded, her throat dry as she watched him remove his jacket slowly, his movements deliberate. There was a tension in the air now, thick with anticipation. It felt like the world had narrowed to just the two of them, and nothing else mattered. The music outside, the people—none of it was real anymore. He stepped toward her, his fingers brushing lightly against her cheek, his touch sending a shiver down her spine. He didn’t say anything at first, just studied her face like he was trying to read her. The way he was looking at her made her feel exposed, but not in a bad way—like he was seeing her in a way no one had before. Ava swallowed, feeling her heart race. She couldn’t remember the last time she felt this exposed. This
alive. “I’m not like the others,” he finally said, his voice barely above a whisper. “I’m not here for the usual.” Ava’s breath hitched. What did he mean by that? But before she could ask, his lips were on hers, his kiss hot and demanding. Her body reacted instantly, her hands moving up to grip his shirt as if she needed something to hold onto. He pulled back just enough to look at her, his eyes dark, his breath coming in ragged bursts. “Tell me you want this.” The words were like a spark, igniting something deep inside her that she hadn’t even known existed. Ava didn’t speak; she didn’t need to. She just nodded, her lips parting as she stepped closer, closing the distance between them. His hands moved, slow and deliberate, as if he was savoring every moment. She felt the heat of his touch as his fingers slid down her back, pulling her closer until there was no space left between them. The air around them was thick, charged with something unspoken. Ava could feel the tension building between them, an electricity that crackled every time their skin touched. It was impossible to ignore the pull—the need. She could feel it deep inside her, a longing she hadn’t known she had. Every touch, every kiss made her feel like she was coming undone in the best way possible. His hands roamed lower, and she gasped when he pulled her even closer, his body pressing against hers in a way that made everything else disappear. She wasn’t thinking anymore. She was just reacting, following the rhythm of his movements, allowing herself to be lost in the moment. But even in the heat of the moment, Ava’s mind flickered back to the fact that she didn’t know this man. He was a stranger, someone she’d met only hours ago. But in that moment, none of that seemed to matter. She didn’t care who he was, where he came from, or why he was here. All she cared about was the way he made her feel—alive, desired, in control and yet completely vulnerable. He lowered his lips to her neck, his breath hot against her skin. Ava shivered, her fingers curling into the fabric of his shirt as she tilted her head back, exposing more of her throat. His hands slid beneath her clothes, and she could feel the warmth of his skin against hers, his touch gentle yet firm. The kiss came again, and this time it was deeper, more urgent. Ava responded with equal intensity, matching his every move, as if they were two pieces of a puzzle that had finally clicked into place. She couldn’t explain it, but it was like they were in perfect sync. His hands moved to the buttons of her blouse, pausing for a moment as he met her eyes. “Let me f**k you harder” he whispered in her ears that could chill the blood flowing, his voice low, rough with desire. Ava’s breath caught in her throat. She didn’t need to think. She didn’t need to say a word. She nodded again, a silent promise between them. And just like that, he undid the last of her restraint.
