It had only been three months since my sons first birthday, and I was starting to feel agitated. My heat was definitely coming soon, maybe tonight, definitely tomorrow.
I was sitting by the fire, listening to Kael play a game with my son, but I closed my eyes and cringed at the heat coursing through my body.
