Lucy was puzzled as to why he asked that question. He came back to his senses sat on the bed and told her to bring the food to his place. She packed everything and served him his food. He hugged her after finished eating. He told her that he loved her and wanted them to get married. Lucy was confused and told him she was not interested. She ran out of the room to the kitchen. She kept thinking about what he said and thought of a plan to get out of the house.

The next day, a letter was brought to her of their wedding plan coming off the following week. She didn't like what she was hearing or seeing. Even though she likes him she can not get married to him. He was older than her. Elliot has made preparations for the wedding and the news has spread like wildfire. The latest wedding coming into town. She was busy the rest of the day, her measurement was taken and she had to shop for jewelry to fix her hair and makeup. Elliot has booked the nicest hotel and place for the occasion. He doesn't want anyone to spoil on that day so he employed professionals to make the occasion big and great.

Lucy doesn't like the idea but she doesn't have any option but to stick to the plan and hope for the best. All this was her stepmom's fault if she had not sold her off to this man, by now she would have been free. She walked majestically to the entrance of the room and entered the pool to swim. After swimming for a while she got out only to come into contact with Elliot coming out from the car. He was staring at her curvy body with rounded breasts and nice legs. He immediately went to her and told her not to leave his property around she must cover herself always.

Lucy stares at him laughing, She reminds him that they are not yet married and she can do whatever she feels like doing. Elliot kept quiet and stormed out of the pool area. He was furious with anger and started hitting the table with his hand. Why does Lucy always bring the man in him out? Lucy went to the salon afterward, she went to do a pedicure. She later went back home and slept. The next day she went to the market to buy groceries. She saw that people were staring at her because she wasn't having a phone She hadn't seen the pic of her and Elliot circulating about their wedding. She later asks Elliot to buy her a phone so she can learn with it. Elliot bought the new Samsung version for her to use. She likes the new phone so much that she forgets that the next day is her wedding to Elliot
