“It’s not as easy as you think Hope.” Aaron said. He leaned against the counter and sighed. It was beginning to frustrate me. He had come home with everyone when they brought Brandon in.
“No you’re just not willing to help your mate out.” I said shaking my head. It wasn’t like I was asking for something unreasonable. He had been given a shift with guarding Brandon. All I needed him to do was let me talk to the monster for 5 minutes and I was sure that I would be able to get Emmry’s location out of him. Aaron didn’t think that I’d be able to handle seeing him and I needed him to know that he was wrong. I could talk to him without losing my cool. I know I could.
