As I was walking out of the hospital I saw the council’s agent walking towards me. She hadn’t been what I expected. Most shifters were tall or built but unlike me she was smaller…more compact.
“Emmry.” She said with a smile. I waved at her and her guard.
“Hi Chelsea.” I said giving her a smile back. “Hi Dorrian.” I said giving him a small head nod as well. He waved back but kept silent.
