“Ughh, I know. I have a few calls, and then I was planning to visit my mom,” Ari said,
getting out of bed and walking to her bathroom. I stood naked and stretched, checking my phone
to see a message from Cyrus asking that I get a practice in today before the event.
Cyrus: You have the track if you need to practice.
Me: Cool, I’ll be over soon!
Cyrus: Gotcha.
I heard the shower running, and I put my phone back down and turned the TV on right as
network news Daily Morning Show posted a scrolling screen of us at the mall yesterday. I turned
up the volume a little to hear.
“We have superstar racer Kash Coleman trying to break up a fight,” Linda Aliza stated.
