“Arianna, listen to me and breathe,” I heard Cyrus through the mic.
“Cyrus, something’s wrong,” I reiterated, trying not to panic.
I continued to try to push the brake pedal, only nothing happened.
“Ari! What’s going on?” Kamden asked.
“Kamden, the brakes won’t work!” I cried out.
All of a sudden, the car started smoking and caught fire.
“WTF!” I heard Kamden shout.
“Get her out of there!” Cyrus yelled.
BOOM!
The car rattled and exploded as more smoke came through. I felt myself slip away, and
everything went black.
