Ky sighed. “All right. You just gave me a lot of information in one breath. First, Janie and David are moving in at the farm? Don’t they already have a house?”
A bead of sweat rolled down my back. I started the car in order to turn on the air conditioning. I hoped the roar of the engine wouldn’t drown out my voice or make hearing Ky more difficult. “They do, but they have been wanting to move in with Alvin to help take care of him, and for other reasons, I’ll explain later.”
