" He blew them up!! That bastard killed his own brother and wife. He also murdered Jason!!" she screamed as she fell to the floor. James ran to her trying to catch her before she hit but he was to late to catch her but he is as able to wrap his arms around her while she sobbed for the loss of her mate, Alpha and Luna.. I was crying by now, my heart was breaking not only for my mom at losing her mate but also for myself for the loss of the man I never had the chance to know as a dad and a father. When Angie had calmed down enough she finished her story. "Eric took over, since Dawson was hurt as well and was in a coma, it was the damnedest thing too Dawson didn't slip into a coma until the day after he also lost the ability to use his legs, I've never seen nor heard of a werewolf that had been paralyzed. Since Eric proclaimed himself as Alpha, he told everyone that he was going to choose his Luna since he hadn't found his mate, he did all of this while looking at me. That's how I knew who he was going to choose so I waited until everyone was asleep and snuck out of the temporary pack house since the original had been blown up. I was caught by the night guards that where on patrol by the orders of Eric.Just when I was about to reach the edge of the property they caught me, I told them I was having contractions and wanted to go for a walk in the woods to speed them up. At first they didn't believe me untill I screamed in pain while holding me stomach t my amazement they bought it and allowed me to pass and when I was out of their sight I ran as fast as I could in human form until I ran right into James literally he was in his beautiful wolf form" she said looking lovingly at my dad "I tripped enrolled right right over top of him. Of course he thought I was an intruder so he turned into his human form. He took me to Bradon's father Alpha Travis he listened to what I told him about what had happened to Alpha Galen and agreed to protect me from Eric at all cost.

Now that Eric has found me..us he will stop at nothing and I mean nothing to get us back. I would rather die than go back to a pack that has him as my Alpha. The things I found out that he is capable of would scare the boogie man into hiding. I am telling you Bradon, this man is ruthless and crazy." " I am not scared of some supposed Alpha Angie, I am bigger and stronger than most of the Alpha's in the area, but I will still heed your warning. James we need to find out what we can on this Eric character the sooner the better." "I agree, '' James said with a nod of his head. "I will tell you what I know from when I was around if that helps any '' Angie said looking at Brandon. "Let's get started then Angie," Bradon told her, as they walked out of the room.

There was a loud BOOM and everything went black. When I came too; I sat up and regretted it as the room spun violently. I couldn't see my parents or Alpha. "Lexi!" I heard someone shouting, when I turned my head to look I saw that, it was Mason one of the pack warriors. "What happened Mason? Where are my parents and Libby?" I asked franticly trying to get up while seeing the ruins of what use to be our kitchen. Mason ran to me to help me up all the while telling me "Lexi, be careful wait for me to help you!" he exclaimed in panic.

"We need to get you medical attention right away." he told me as he helped me to get up. "I am fine Mason, " I grumbled as I tried to shrug him off of me. "Alexis, let Mason help you to the infirmary." Bradon said to me. I looked towards the sound of his voice and noticed that he had Libby in his arms as stepped over debris walking towards the huge hole in the side of my house. "Where are my parents?" I asked spinning around looking everywhere for my parents. My gazed landed back on my Alpha, that's when I noticed the panic on his face, he tried to hide it but I noticed before he could completely mask it. "Get her to the infirmary" was all he said in a firm voice. Mason lifted me up to carry me in his arms and take me to the pack doctor. "I'll take her from here Mason," my dad said. "Yes, Beta" Mason said and how his head my father took me from Mason's arms and into his. "Where is Mom?" "Let's get you checked out first, then we will talk about mom" he said in a firm voice. I started wiggling around so much that he almost dropped me in the dirt. "STOP" his voice boomed it scared me so much I just went limp, my dad has never used his Beta voice on me, we reached the infirmary in no time. I was sat down on the gurney with the most care as if I was a piece of glass that would break. Dad pulled the bedside chair close to the gurney where he had placed me and sat down with a heaviness I had never see my dad use before. What the hell was going on and where is my mother? "Be patient, I think James is trying to find the right words to tell you what is happening Alexis" Sam said.

"I don't honestly know Alexis, I was knocked out just as you were, what I do know is that I can't sense Angie anywhere close by" he told me. "Alexis" my father managed to get out, running his hand over his face . "I'm just going to come out and say it; Alexis your mother is missing even with the mate bond I can't find her." "Wait! What? you lost my mother?" I couldn't believe what I was hearing or did I even hear him right? "He didn't lose your mother Alexis" Alpha said from the door way "What the f**k happened? then" I asked as Bradon stepped in father to the room to let the doctor enter. Bradon folded his arms across his chest as he took a seat next to my dad and his beta. "Let the doctor examine you and then we will talk" Bradon said.

The pack doctor looked me over and gave me a clean bill of health. "You both will be staying in the pack house until we figure this out." Bradon said matter of factlly. I jumped off the bed "Where the hell is my mother damnit!!" I growled or well Karina my wolf did .My dad and Bradon were taken back, when they looked at my eyes and knew I had gotten my wolf there is no hiding it now, I guess but I didn't care all I cared about was my mom and where she was.

What was going on? What caused the explosion and where did it come from? "When did you get your wolf?" Bradon asked. What the hell does that have to do with where my mom is? "It happened just before Tiffany's birthday who cares about that what matters is what happened to my mother!!" I shrieked. Dad and Alpha looked at each other. What are they hiding from me? "There is something you need to know about your mom Alexis" Bradon said as he looked up at me from where he was sitting. "Are you going to tell her or do I have to James?"

I just looked at them both, "Tell me what?" my dad sighed as he stood up and began to pace. " I met your grandparents once" James began saying. Why was he talking about my grandparents at a time like this? I didn't even know them from Adam and I was told they never wanted to meet me as far as I was concerned they were dead to me.

James walked over to the window and stood there for just a moment before he turned to face his daughter. "Your grandparents are the King and Queen Alexis" "The f**k they are" was all I could say as I looked at the both of them.

"Where is Libby?" "She is fine and resting" the doctor said as he walked in the room. "Can anyone tell me what happened?" Samantha Amaris our pack nurse asked as she stepped into the room behind him.

James sighed as he looked at the doctor and his nurse. "I met Angelique when I was on patrol through the woods, she was in pretty bad shape, covered in mud and pregnant, I brought her to the pack house fi at first Alpha Travis had a fit until he saw what condition she was in and made me bring her here to the infirmary, the doctor here checked her out and said that she was in shock. She wouldn't talk and all she did was shake all the time." he shook his head but went on. "I remember that day like it was just yesterday, "She was in shock and and that is dangerous to an unborn child. I tried to leave but my body and my wolf Czar wouldn't let me move from the spot next to her bed. It wasn't long before I realized she was my mate." "When she recovered she was able to tell us who she was, I had to contact the King, to let him know that the royal princess was alive.
