“Ava, there's something you are not talking to me about. ” She asked, as she stared deep into my eyes. Her hands gently took mine into hers.
I sighed deeply, pulling my hand away from hers.
“Do you want me to talk about it? ” I asked her quietly, and she nodded.
“He's Dalton's best friend and my mom met him through him. ” I explain, resting my head in a good position on the chair.
“Your mom?? Oh, Boss? ” She asked and I nodded... She smiled, looking happy.
“I can't wait for her to hear it from you... It's really cute seeing you calling her mom. And she deserves that title. ” She uttered, smiling like a happy kid...
