Yes, she is really good, I did something out of the box, with her during her interview and she did not disappoint.
I had the team she would lead, be in on her interview and I then gave her a couple of hours, to design the project, for a real client, but she had no idea that it was a real project.
She did not disappoint.
The client then came with me, she had no idea that they were the real clients.
She had refreshments and acted like we were the real clients and not just an interview, so when she had no idea who they were and did all that I was impressed.
