“Thank you Sir, how kind of you.” Kei opens the door to her apartment and steps inside. It somehow seems a bit scary knowing that Nadia isn’t there and she’ll be alone for a time.
“Everything ok, Kei?” Elliot asks her with mild concern. She turns around with a smile.
“Oh, just a bit quieter than normal I guess. I’m fine.” She pauses. “But…you’re welcome to come inside for a while if you’d like. I have loads of leftovers. We could watch a movie too.”
