"That's a good point," she frowned, curious. "So, have you thought about where he might go right now?"
"No..." he replied succinctly, then locked his gaze onto her. After a moment, he said in a low voice, "But there's one person whose call he would definitely answer.”
The intensity of his stare said it all. Maya paused for a moment, looking at him. "What if he doesn't answer?"
