Emily’s POV:
The boys have to go back into meetings all day. I know that they have to keep going off to try and fix the pack, but I just wish they would slow down long enough for me to spend some time with them. Since everything went down with the Alpha ceremony, I am not even sure that they have slept in their own beds. Maybe catching a few quick naps here and there, but that’s it.
I get up and make my way to the bathroom as I throw my hair into a ponytail. I lift up my shirt and examine my side in the mirror. Most of the bruising from Svetlana attacking me is gone, but the gash from the claw yesterday has bled through yet another bandage. Maybe I should go over to the hospital and get it stitched up.
