Cora was furious at how the goddess of Chaos walked out on her. She had always known her feelings, but if she didn’t hear it, she would tolerate being around her. Today, she crossed the line and if she wasn’t going to help her destroy Iris. She was going to do it herself. After flying on her ice dragon, she finally landed on the Xui Palace court field.
She was quickly surrounded by the guards who had their weapons out until they saw her clearly.
‘How dare you point your weapons at me?’ Cora said as she made her dragon disappear.
‘Forgive us, your highness. We haven’t seen you make such a grand entrance in a while. The Great Mother had also instructed us to fortify our defences to protect the crown princess.’ The head of the guards replied as they all had their right knee on the ground.
