“Hey, everybody!” Kenji yelled ecstatically, walking through the Dartan's patio door. He waved a brightly colored magazine in his hand at Kayla and the others as he came in. Kayla and her band couldn’t hear his small voice over the loud music.
“Hey!” Kenji screamed louder and with a whistle for their attention as Kayla started soloing. It still didn’t work.
That’s when Kenji poked Dante in the back with the magazine. Once Dante felt the poke, he stopped playing. Kayla and others followed, turning their attention to Dante. Dante pointed to Kenji who held up the magazine with a picture of the moon on its cover. Music notes and various instruments were wrapped around the moon centered in a star field.
